Extech VFM200 VOC and Formaldehyde Meter

The VFM200 shows total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and formaldehyde together on one backlit screen. Common sources include paints, finishes, adhesives, new furniture, wall coverings and cleaning products.

Fast readings

Formaldehyde is measured with a fuel cell sensor, and readings respond in under two seconds, so you can walk a room and see where levels rise.

Alarms you set

Set high and low alarms that sound and show on screen, so you know straight away when a reading crosses your limit.

Where it fits

It’s the next question after moisture. Once you’ve found water damage or mould, the VFM200 lets you check the air in the same visit.

Light enough to carry

It runs on a rechargeable battery and is small enough to take room to room, whether that is a house, an office, a school or a factory floor.
