Managing Director
Bret Jones is the managing director of Infratek with nearly 30 years Sales / Training and broad Industry Experience in Electrical / Mechanical and Building applications. Not only will Bret help you choose the right camera and software for you application, he will also provide start up training and ongoing mentoring with your purchase so you understand the use and scanning techniques and settings for your FLIR equipment. If you want to be sure you are getting the right camera or meter for your application you should talk to Bret first.
Torrie
Office Manager / Accounts / Training
Torrie is the office and accounts manager at Infratek, coordinating administration, processing orders and following up with customers pre and post purchase. Torrie also manages and coordinates the many FLIR and Infratek Training courses that are on offer. Torrie has over 25 years’ experience working in Industrial Sales and Admin and has exceptional customer service focus where our customers really are number one.
Blake
Internal Sales / Software Customisation
Blake looks after Internal Sales and stock control at Infratek. If your order is not being hand delivered in Melbourne, he will make sure your delivery is promptly dispatched by Express Post and tracked for our many metro/country and interstate customers. Blake can also create customised and professional looking FLIR Thermal Studio template reports for our Electrical customers to speed up the efficiency of switchboard reporting. Dylan
Marketing Coordinator
Dylan is our newest addition to the team for 2024 and has completed his Bachelor of Business Marketing degree. Dylan looks after all our marketing activities at Infratek and manages the Infratek website. Dylan also looks after FLIR promotions, product and training strategies to ensure our customers have access to best FLIR product and support services available in Australia.
